The CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu Linux distributions are the OS options furnished with the dedicated web site hosting servers.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia hosting CP is a regular accessory solely when combined with the Debian Linux Operating System and is included at no cost. With Hepsia you can host unmetered site names in a single web hosting user account. This is accomplishable due to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager interface. The other hosting CP interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable solely with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must have TWO different user logins. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not provide any domain name registration/transfer/management options. If you choose Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no web hosting CP opportunity.
Domains Hosted 2 - unmetered domain names can be hosted with all available hosting CP devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your web page names under a single hosting user account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel platforms do not offer such function at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and for that reason they need TWO different hosting user accounts: one domain name management/billing/support account and one website administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will see that the Hepsia web hosting CP can work with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to have it on your dedicated web hosting server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel tools can work only with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
